For some years I have been using sulphate of iron in small quantities in my fertiliser on our golf greens. This was included as a check on moss and worms as well as to improve turf colour. At present these greens are becoming very patchy. In fact, on some the turf is dying out, and on others it is very harsh. Could this be due to the sulphate of iron? |
