| USGA Summary Points: | Neither seeding time, nor seeding method influenced establishment of the conservation planting during the first year of the study. Although a relatively low number of plant species from the seed mixture were detected during 2023, those species comprised between 18 and 29% of the plant community. Fall drill seeding provided a higher density of flower blooms during the following summer but the number of blooms present during fall was similar across all seeding treatments. |
