Abstract/Contents: | Describes the use of PVC primer to make paint stick to hazard stakes. One-inch PVC pipe was used for red lateral water hazard stakes and for yellow water hazard stakes. PVC primer was applied to the stakes. After the primer became tacky, the pipes were spray painted. The primer helped the paint stick to the pipes. |
